We are licensed real estate agents in the state of Michigan; however, we may not be licensed agents or brokers in other markets unless explicitly stated, and do not act in that capacity where not licensed.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we strive to connect motivated sellers with ready buyers, we do not guarantee sales, profit margins, or specific results from our services. Many variables beyond our control influence real estate transactions.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:
